Download the Power BI Report Builder.
Download some sample reports and edit the report with data and then publish the reports.
After publishing the report, you can use the reports in Power BI.
In Power BI, create a workspace with a premium account. Enter name and select the license mode premium. And then click on the Save button. So that the workspace will be created.
Create a report in report builder, enter the data.
Then go to files, click publish.
Select the workspace you want to publish. Enter the file name you want to publish and click publish.
Then you will find the reports you published in your Power BI.
Click on the report you want to take a printout from the Power BI.
Then select your required field and click on view report.
You can now see your report.
Then you will find the option ” print out”.
Then you can change the setting and number of pages you want to take a print and the page view, copies, color, can choose a destination, etc.
You can also share the report with anyone using the “share button”. Click on it. Then enter the email address and click the check-box you want to. Then click on grant access.
The recipient will receive the email.
